Unable to fit pic as my wallpaper on s3653

Hello, I m unable to fit pics on my samsung s3653. Pics clicked from mobile neither from comp. It cannnot be set as a wallpaper can anyone suggest me how do i go with it?

Copy the picture on phone memory then set as wallpaper.,
