Hello,
i have a problem with my lap top, its using Vista home basic. It started by being very slow when opening it could even take 5minutes before it could load i was thinking its because it contained so many programes of which i removed all of them but it is still giving me the same problem i have tried updating the antivirus and scan but nothing has worked.

please help what could be the problem?

Hi there,

Remove all other used applications and stuff like music and videos from hard drive to make it faster as well as add more ram if required.
