Sanctions list checking

I am trying to work out a preocess for sanctions list checking against new clients to the business. I have used concactenate to merge the name on the list into one cell ( the are currently spread over six colums per person). these names are in spread sheet one and colum AF and there are aprox 8,000.

hower as you can imagine the sanctions list contains the full names of the individuals and the new client list only contains the surname of the client with the inital. These name are on spread sheet two , colum Q

Is there anyway of checking whetehr the names on the new client list ( of which there are appprox 2000) may be on the sanctions list?
