VPN is conneected but Remote Desktop fails

Hello,

We have a network set up at work with a main server that handles VPN and several other roles. I just updated the servers over the weekend and now people can VPN into the network, but when they try to connect to any of the computers, other than the main server itself, remote desktop it fails. I can ping the main server, but any other computer on the network times out.
