Hello,
Try this 1.
1) Hold Ctrl and Shift Keys and press "Esc" key. Task Manager will be opened.
Click on the "Proscesses" Tab.
2) If you find any of these processes "setup.exe \ isetup.exe \ ikernel.exe \
msiexec.exe \ idriver.exe \ IsUninst.exe \IsUn16.exe \ Uninst.exe \Uninst16.exe "
just right-click on that particular process --> Select "End Process".
3) Delete all the contents from the temp directory.
4) Close the application that appears in the "System Tray", just right click on the
application icon and look for options to close or disable the application.
