Language pack problem vista

Hello,

I have a Spanish computer pre-installed with windows vista home premium in spanish language. I want to change the language to english but have tried downloading language packs but they have not worked. I have tried all the various help options but to no avail.

Any ideas of how this problem can be fixed ?

You can never change the Operating System language on the Regional and Language option as it is used only as Input. The only way you can change language is to have or buy an English version of Vista home premium.
