Installer can not recognise hd

My problem is, I did everything to install mac os x but installer can not recohnise new hd. I did guid and partition but still no luck.

As I mentioned before partition and guid did not help installer to recognise the hd. To be honest everyone is telling the same thing patition and guid if you do it'll work but in realty it doesn't. It seems to me nobody knows it.
