Hello,
Please if anyone can help?!! I have re-installed Windows XP onto my Dell Vostro 1000 laptop. I was unable to hook up to the internet at all...I contacted my ISP many MANY times without much help. After a lot of excruciating research I discovered I needed to download 6 drivers from the Dell site which I did onto a CD-R 700 MB from my home PC...Now when I put the CD into the laptop it asks me what program I want to open it with and the only choices I have are notebook, paint, accessiories...etc...Please if someone can please help me?!! I have also been online chat with Dell tech support and this is what they told me to do...I am so close...I appreciate any and all help...!!

Try downloading your drivers from the manufacture website once again.
