Missing ALL drivers for my Hp Dv2000 Closed

Hello im missing all the drivers for my laptop, when i turn it on it says i bootmgtr missing, and when i put the recovery disc in it still doesnt work. and i look to see for drivers and ALL of it are gone. Heeelp.
