Touch screen wont work

Hello,
I have had the same problem with touch screen not working. It has not been wet I also keep it in a pouch!! It just went off when I was using and refused to work. When I press the touch screen really hard holding back and front it comes on again but eventually goes off again. Am giving up and going to find a new phone. Only had this 12months!!

Dear Sir,

This problem might be sourcing from faulty cables to the screen or still it might be coming from the screen itself being faulty. The best way to have the problem confirmed will be to get the phone to a Mobile Repair Shop and hence they will get the problem settled.
