Processor: Genuine Intel(R) CPU 2140 @ 1.60GHz (2 CPUs)
System Model: PI945GCM
Memory: 1 GB rem
250 GB Hard Drive Space
Graphic card : Nvidia GeForce 8400GS 512MB
DirectX Version: DirectX 10

why gta 4 game run my pc and play game

Yea it will play but it will lag!!!! because of your processor's speed !
