GTA EFLC work but not GTA IV Help!

Hello,
I have bought GTA Episodes from liberty city a few weeks ago and now ive finished the game. So i wanted to buy GTA IV with more missions. Ive installed it and when i click ok the icon.....nothing hapens please help thank you.
