problem in contacts export in q5fb Closed

Hello, 
 When I am trying to export contacts in my q5fb mobile I am getting invalide file name.  Kindly advise me.  I am doing like this.

Phone Book
Options
Phone Book settings , Phonebook backup, Phone export immdeiately i am getting invalid filename


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

You made the backup from mobile itself or from another mobile and trying to import on yours?please give more information on the exact situation.
