my web cam doesnt work Closed

Hello, 
i already installed my webcam driver in to my computer and every time i click my preferences on my messenger i cannot click the camera settings...
i also clicked the set up for voice and video but still when it comes to step 3 or camera detection yahoo messenger is encountering an error problem ...
what should i do?pls.help me figure out my problem ..thanks and more power!!!


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Please consider checking whether the driver is the right compatible one and also consider indicating whether you have already installed its software.
