Hotmail Account Closed

Question

Hello, 

Trying to fix someone's hotmail account.  It was running until recently.  The system they are using is very old.  The specific issue is that it is impossible to type anything.  Everything else works fine.  Does anyone know where I should go to try to fix?

Hi there,

Free spaces by deleting unused applications fro system wich will speed it up a little as well as defrag the system and try again,
