My msn wont workClosed

Heya I have just go a new laptop andinstales msn messager but everthime open my convosations when someone ha sebt me messge itget rid of the whatthe person has tried to send to me.I just cant see there messages but they can see mine it just flashes thn  open it up and the convosationwindow is blank can somene please help me Thnank you !! :)

Hi there,

When you type in message box do you see what you are typing?please conform as there may be that your friends have installed plug ins on their messenger and when they send you message and you do not have it installed on your its being impossible for you to view it.
