CUSTOM UNDER AUTO FILTER

Hello,
MY QUESTIONS ALSO INVOLVES AUTO FILTER. EXCEPT MY COLUMN DOES DROP DOWN AND WHAT QUIT WORKING WAS THE CUSTOM LINE. I USE TO BE ABLE TO CLICK ON CUSTOM FILL IN "CONTAINS" AND/OR "EQUALS" THEN PUT A DOLLAR AMOUNT THAT IS IN MY COLUMN AND IT WOULD SHOW WHERE THAT DOLLAR AMOUNT WAS. ANY IDEAS?

And now what happens ?

Also before applying the autofilter on sheet, select all the cells on the sheet and then apply the filter and then try to use custom filter
