my phones tells me to upload data to pc Closed

i clicked on debug settings high and since then my phone shows this whenever i turn it on 'UPLOAD DATA TO PC',but weneva i plug it to my pc noting happens.pls help me.my email address is olanrewajumuse@yahoo.com.thanks

Please provide the model of handset in use,also try to reset the settings to factory default.
