laptop screen went black after BitDefenderClosed

Hello,  

I installed last night BitDefender Internet Security 2010, and today the google chrome doesn't open, nor does the internet eplorer , tried to scan and now the screen is all black, anyone know what might be going on?

What laptop is it and what windows are you using.

Sounds like the video driver needs uninstall/reinstall.

Reboot in safe mode with networking. Download malwarebytes and run it. Install avast AV it's best free AV.
