How to get the last modified date of a file

Hi all,

I am poor in writting the batch files, but I want to get the last modified date of file in to a text file or into an excel sheet. If it is into excel sheet I am very much happy.

If you don't know the code to get into the excel file sheet, atleast provide me the code to get the date into a text file.

Your help will be more appriciated.
