Hello,
My VAIO's Cature keys and other touch sensor Av control ( keypad consisting vol + and -,etc) aren't working . THE camera is also not working. the video quality is not good. My VAIO's model is VGN-CR14GN and operating system was Windows Vista 64 bit and now its windows 7. plz help

You will need to download and install Windows 7 drivers. You can get them from the Sony web site.
