How to change windows 7 to windows xp

Hello, I have an ASUS Eee PC 1005HAB netbook. I changed it to windows 7 and now my
webcam and F9 doesn't work. I ried rebooting it and now it is stuck on saying
" insert windows disc and turn on." I have a netbook and don't have a cdrom.
What I am asking for is where to get the recovery disc and how to load it.
Is there a way to escape from the booting mode?

the driver needs to be installed,have it downloaded using the link below:

http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx

What was the previous os on it ?
