Hello,Reformatted a 7 year old Sony vaio .when Tryed to hook up printer and scanner .computer will not recognize .get unknown device at USB controller.I figure it is a driver issue but have loaded all service packs and stii no hookup!
Help

Dear Sir,

You should have its drivers installed for them to be recognized and working properly.
