Protected my flash

Hello,
i have a transcend 8GB flash memory,my flash infect the virus and my files is .EXE and when i write and remove show this error "windows - write protect error: the disk cannot be written to because it is write protect . please remove the write protection from volume TRANSCEND in drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR11."
please hellp to me..
