sims the double deluxe edition Closed

Hello, 
Okay so I downloaded the Sims on my laptop last year and it worked. I had to uninstall it though, and now whenever I try to install it again it downloads but when I go to play it it closes out and says there is an error. Please help!!!!!!!!! :(


Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 533.4

Hi there,

It may be that there are still files from previously installed game which was not removed from system,hence ill advice to use an uninstaller software and remove it completely then reinstall the game,have the uninstaller downloaded on system using the link below:
