itune 9.1.1.12 problemClosed

Hello, 

since 2 weeks, i cannot open itune?? i try to remove it or to repair it, but the coumputer freeze or just run without doing anything for hours and hours.
what do im supose to do?
i have itune 9.1.1.12


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Try the solutions provided on link below from official Apple website and also uninstall the application by using an uninstaller and reinstall it:
