My I touch just stopped working..

Hello,
I have a 2 year old I touch that was working and then it said that it needed charging soon so I dismissed it as usual until I was done using it,...and then plugged it in to charge it and nothing happend...no charge and was not able to turn it back on...it's like it died@!!!! does anyone know what happened and how to fix it?

Did you use the charger or the USB port on the computer? It may take overnight to charge via the USB port. It's faster to use the charger. But, it still might be a few hours before you can use it.

Good Luck - I hope you don't need a new battery
