Download problem in nokia 2730 classic

My phone don't have web setting in web & does not show save option when we trying to download anything.. It shows two when I try to download anything & the msgs are 1) service not available, 2) wap connection ended.. Pls help me out.

The problem should be coming from its settings. Please contact the network provider for obtaining its right settings and activate it on your mobile phone.
