Aim wont work

Hello,
last night i was told i was signed in on two computers and it signed me out,i can still get in my emal so my password hasnt changed,but i cant sign on,it says an error occured.no one else has my password,my screen name isnt signed in anywhere either,its offline.i dont understand why i cant sign in.help me pleaseeeee.
