HDMI voice do not come on tv Closed

Hello,   
         i have a hp computer when i connect a computer with tv and then i voice come on tv and picture also and when i take out the wire the voice do not come on the computer and when the voice come back then the voice do not come on tv  
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0
