Msn messenger password forgotten

Hello,

I have just tried to sign into an old msn account of mine, to track down some friends who I lost contact with when I changed my email address. I can't remember my password, however the account is still active. I attempted to answer my secret question, but it wouldn't tell me what the question was. It just comes up with boxes and nothing else. I have tried changing the language and everything. PLEASE HELP!!!! >.<

Hi there,

If you wrote your own question then you need to provide it yourself then answer to it also ,try contacting hotmail to get their assistance on issue,

Hi thanks,

I didn't write my own question - the box where the question should be written just comes up as ?????? so I'm unable to read what the question is.
