dell inspiron 1420 shift key types Closed

Hello,  

pls help.. 
m using dell inspiron 1420 laptop..whenever i press shift key i get ;lkj or vcxz typed automatically...how to 
 fix it....

Dear Sandy, 

Please check whether the issue is not resulting from any virus or trojan, then check whether there has not been any function assigned to them. Please the SHIFT key five times and get the shift keys deactivated.
