pen drive is not detected Closed

Hello, SIR,
When i connected my pen drive to my pc the message is "USB NOT RECOGNISED"
what can i do ?
i try to update my pen drive but windows said no prblem with pen drive softwere.



Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.8
