Hello,
I HAD A tOSHIBA LAP TOP THAT THE HEAT SINK WENT BAD AND CAN FIND THE PART.I RAN A BACK UP ON AN EXTERNAL TOSHIBA HD AND NOW I WOULD LIKE TO TRANFER THE DATA TO THE NEW COMPUTER THAT I PURCHASED.HP DESKTOP.I CAN'T GET ANYWHERE WITH IT,HELP????

HEY I AM SHUBHAJIT ,

IF U BACK UP COMPLETE PC MEAN-COMPLETE PC BACKUP, THEN THE BACK UP DO NOT WORK IN THE NEW PC BECAUSE THE BACKUP HAS THE CONFIGURED OF LAPTOP AND U HAVE NOW DESKTOP SO THE TWO TYPES ARE NEVER MATCH.

IF U BACKUP ONLY UR DATA MEAN- BACK UP FILES THEN GO TO CONTROL PANEL >>>BACKUP AND RESTORE CENTER>>> RESTORE FILES>>>THEN ALL THE DATA WILL BE RESTORED
