Hello,
I was recently used my computer as usual and when through i shut down using the correct procedure only to open it the following day and discover that the hp vs15 monitor is not displaying anything and the power button keeps switching on and off.
I checked my power cord and there was no problem. The VGA cable was also working well since i tried them on another computer.
Please help, since hp are not giving help on troubleshooting such problems.

Hello,

Try this 1.

If your PC is switched ON but failed to get display in the monitor then remove

the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another slot.

Check your RAM also. Even bad RAM will result you in display problem.

If you are using Video Card, remove it and place it back properly.

Good Luck.

I'm having the same problem. The light and screen will flash (like it's turning on) then turns off again.
