HELP! installed xp but ramdisk.sys error

Hello, following on from my other question,got xp disk and new hdd for my pc,xp disk loads somethings up but then gets to a floppy disk file and stops and then says ramdisk.sys corrupted ? pretty confusing as i don't have a floppy disk drive

any ideas?

Ramdisk error would indicate problems with memory errors or motherboard I/O.
