Farmville gifts and new friends

Hello,
I have a problem with my farmville. whenever i accept gifts, the confirmation page does not appear, supposedly, the confirmation message should be like this; " do you want to received blah blah blah.. yes or no?" but mine is not. it goes directly loading the game as if you just refreshed the page. and when i check out my gift box.. no gifts received. what should i do about this? my new friends in farmville also dont appear???
