Suddenly my western digital WD166BB-00RDA0 (160GB) not detecting in BIOS and giving voice like "TAK TAK". Anybody help me to provide me the solution how to recover my personal data.

My best guess that you have had a I/O head failure. A professional hard disk recovery company can rebuild the dive. Cost ? $1,000 and up.
