Hello,
i ran a cat5e cable to each wall. They are home runs. With the plan to make all the connection at one junction box this would make them connected in parrallel.Hooking up just 1 works find, but trying to connected any more i loose the single.infact just connecting about 4' of cat5e cable will also drop out that single. What do i need to make them all work at the same time so i can plug my laytop into any port and work from that particualar station?

you need to buy a "switch" with 5 ports (1 in and 4 out)
