Black line in middle of laptop screen

Hello,

i have a lenovo n500 laptop. 3 days back a black horizontal line appeared in the middle of the screen . i tried alot of things to fix it but failed . i downloaded latest drivers but they didnt worked either. guys tell me some thing to fix it as its very annoying.

Hi there,

Hook an external monitor to laptop,if its not being seen then its a crack on your lcd and will be required to be replaced with time.Driver installation or updates its not the solution.
