Hello,
May be OS failed to assign a drive letter to your pen drive. Try assigning the drive
letter to your pen drive.
Try this 1.
Click on Start --> Run ---> type diskmgmt.msc and click on OK.
In Disk Management, if you notice your pendrive without any drive letter then
Right-click on your Pen Drive --> Select "Change Drive Letter and Paths..." --->
Click on "Add" button ---> Select your drive letter and click on OK.
If the problem still exists,
Click on start --> run --> type regedt32 and click on OK. First backup your registry
by going to file --> export.
At the left side navigate to this location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
If you see any upperfilter or lowerfilters at the right side delete it.
Good Luck.
