16 gb pen drive

Hello,

I am Vipin using 16 gb Transcend pen drive when i insert my pen drive into the system some different error msgs are coming, When i am inserting some other pendrive a pop is coming to use, In this 16 gb no msg are coming all files are deleted automatically if iam formating it it do not have access to format what should i do pls pls i dont have any serial number because i bought it from my sister she throwed all the bill and details
