Trouble connecting to PC

Hello,

i have samsung gt b3313 mobile. initally i used to use the phone as the modem to connect through to the internet, but all of suddenly it got discconnected. now when i try it again, as click on connect in the pc suite, the phone gets disconnected from the laptop and i get error message "please connect the phone to the computer" as it is already connected. i click on OK then again my phone gets automatically connected to the computer. previously i used to connect it properly and use the internet. i have been facing this problem since past 5 days. please help me with this problem.

Hello there,

If your data cable is loose then change it as well as if connection cuts too often then you need to find another location where the signal strength is good enough.
