hp dv2000 blank screenClosed

Question

Hello,  
i am jade,i shut down my laptop when i left the office and when i got back home i tried to on it from the power button but it wouldnt on and when i tried using the remote it went on but my screen light was gone but you could still see if you look well. its (hp dv2000) what do i do? pls

Hi there,

Well remove your battery and hold on the power button for few seconds draining remaining power on it,then reconnect battery as well as adapter and power on ,this will definitely solve the issue.
