I have recently purchased a new laptop and it has pre particioned my hard drive. The problem I have is that I have changed the location iTunes saves my media into onto my D: drive as it is larger (I did this by edit > preferences > advanced). iTunes does indeed save my music to here however it still creates an iTunes file in my C: under my music which is the default location. If I go to the C: and delete this file it is just recreated every time I open iTunes again. Also if I delete it all my music on iTunes seems to disapear even though its saved onto my D: !
