GETTING A FATAL ERROR : GTA IV Liberty City

Hello,
Gettig an error called,
" UNABLE TO CREATE RENDER TARGET "
Please help me to slove it...........

Hi there,

Go to the game installation folder in program files and locate the file ''LaunchGTAIV''right click on it>properties> compatibility tab then from drop down menu select windows 2000.then next start you may be having an error and relaunch it will work fine.
