Hello,

I cannot download picures straight from my canon camera to my toshiba laptop running vista anymore.  The laptop just doesn't  recognise the camera, infact nothing happens at all.


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi there,

Try using another data cable and connect also to other usb ports available,if you have memory card in the camera then remove it and connect to your laptop inbuilt card reader or a usb card reader to extract and transfer files from pc and vice versa.
