How can I have excel copy the entire row of data from excel file "sales" to another excel file called database if column N contains COMPANY. I've tried almost everything but nothing is working. Please help! How do i write this formula?

How about creating a pivot table in the database file with the sales file as the source. You can then filter the database file for the company you are looking for. If you really need a seperate copy the just filter the pivot table then select the output and copy and Paste Special, Values into the new location.
