Cellphone cannot activate music palyer

Hello,

How can i solve my problem? my cellphone cannot activate music palyer.When i starting to music player and vedeo...it can pop up message. not enough memory.how can i solve that...thank you.

Hi there,

This occurs when you have many application running in background of the handset,you have to either stop them or uninstall if stats with mobile phone when switched on,other solution if not solved is flashing the handset which is done by professionals,take it to local mobile phone repair center and needful will be done.
