Black screen after hibernation Vaio laptop

Hi guy, I have a vaio VGN-SZ15GP-B window XP ~4yrs old laptop and is now turned on with a BLACK screen with only white mouse cursor. This happended after I used it in battery and had 10mins left in the battery so I put it into hibernation. Come back home, recharge it and THEre the black screen appeared.

PLEASE please help me figure what wrong wit it? How do I fix it????

I have tried pressing the POWER ON button without any power input into the laptop, and tried F8 with "start window normally"..and didnt wan to chose other option scare I lost everything..
